Brought onto the Technology Culture team as a program manager for internal presentations to assume ownership of & launch a rebrand for the Technology Speaker Series, a program providing Rocket Technology team members with a monthly technical skills workshop. Successfully increased Technology Speaker Series brand recognition with new branding assets and logos, a redefined communication cadence, and an intranet landing page for resources. Increased attendance of Technology Speaker series by 200% in six months.
Promoted to technical community manager and expanded my scope to join the new Developer Relations team. Drove brand promotion of the DevRel team internally across the 20K+ Rocket Mortgage team members through documentation, intranet pages, direct team outreach, and event promotion. Organized “Open Source Day,” a virtual conference event to provide education on open source software, properly contributing to the opensource community, and intellectual property awareness.
Transitioned into organizational engagement strategist role for the technology organization following an organizational restructuring that disbanded multiple teams across the technology organization, including developer relations. Supported team-wide effort to stand up a change management office for the technology organization. Worked directly with CTO and direct reports to rebrand and redesign the curriculum of an existing employee recognition program to boost retention efforts.
